Lower Sodium – Keep the Flavor, Lose the Salt

Most Americans consume far too much sodium, averaging 3400mg daily, and more than 75% of the sodium we eat comes from processed foods.

Join our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook  as she illustrates of the large amount of sodium present in many processed and convenience foods, and compares them against healthier, lower-sodium, less-processed alternatives such as those enjoyed at Bon Appétit cafés.
