Wellness lesson: This theme teaches guests about the surprising sources of sodium found in commonly consumed foods. We will offer fun, creative ways to brighten the flavor of foods without the salt.

Chef recipe: Green mojo marinated mushroom tacos

Topic: Summertime Sweets

Wellness lesson: This theme educates guests on various ways to create mindful desserts using whole food ingredients during the summertime.

Chef recipe: Grilled peaches with Greek yogurt “whipped cream” and toasted pecans

Topic: Dinner’s in a Snap – Easy Sheet Pan Dinners

Wellness lesson: This theme teaches guests to streamline their dinner routine to feed the family faster, without sacrificing health (and flavor!) by utilizing quick and creative Sheet Pan Dinners.

Chef recipe:  Sheet pan Latin-Inspired roasted vegetables, chicken, and chorizo with black beans and pepitas
