FEATURED CHEF – SURINDER THAPAR

Join us this week for a special culinary treat! Chef Surinder Thapar will be preparing delicious, authentic Indian cuisine in Café B56 on Monday and Tuesday, and in Café B4 from Wednesday through Friday.
Chef Surinder has worked with Bon Appétit Management Company at various Bay Area accounts for many years, delighting guests with daily specials featuring Indian cuisine, and has showcased his talents around the cafés on the Genentech campus in the past, during out Guest Chef series. He will now join our team here full-time, rotating between café locations around campus, and introducing us to new flavors and inspired dishes every day!
