Nourish Your Mind and Body – Embrace Mindful Eating

Maintaining a healthy diet during stressful times is important, but also difficult. When under  stress, personal health is often neglected, however taking care of yourself during tough times is essential. This month we focus on how to slow down, engage our senses, enjoy a warm beverage while practicing a mindful approach to nourishing ourselves.

Join our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook as she explains the benefits of mindful eating & drinking, and demonstrates how you can use various ingredients to create a customized tea blend to use as you begin practicing mindfulness.
