Come participate in our Tea Tasting activity this week, and learn more about foods that help nourish your body and mind in order to reduce stress.
Maintaining a healthy diet during stressful times is important, but also difficult. When under stress, personal health is often neglected, however taking care of yourself during tough times is essential.
Join our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook as she explains the benefits of various tea ingredients and provides instructions and information about creating a customized tea blend to take with you!
