Join Chef Oscar Matute for a cooking demonstration in the Building 82 Gateway Cafe!
To help you get ready for the Independence Day holiday, Chef Oscar will be demonstrating how to plan the perfect menu for your holiday cookout.
The cooking demonstration will focus on how to create a delicious flank steak, including tips on how to marinate and grill to perfection! Guests will receive recipes and a complimentary bottle of Oscar’s own recipe BBQ sauce to take home. Space is limited so make sure to sign up today!
