We’re amplifying Khammone “Coco” Chanhchaleon for Women’s History Month, featuring her menu at the noodle station in B35 Café.
Coco was born in Loas. She has been cooking for Bon Appétit for 15 years. In Laos, people enjoy eating many styles of noodles and enjoy them at important celebrations like weddings and birthdays. Coco brings these great recipes to her noodle station, and is excited to share them with you!
