April Well Being | Plant Based Proteins

Join us as we look at foods that are good for you and good for the earth – just in time for Earth Day!

For the month of April our focus is embracing plant-based proteins and recognizing that foods that are good for the earth are also often the ones that are the most nutritious. Plant-based proteins are beneficial for our personal health as well as the environment, and therefore help us connect the dots between protein choices and our surroundings.

Our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook will be on site this month highlighting and dispelling three common myths related to a plant-based diet, while providing samples of unique hummus spreads that you can try at home!
