March Well Being | Savor the Flavor

Join us as we recognize National Nutrition Month® throughout the month of March, and focus on how to choose a balance of foods for a healthy lifestyle.
March is National Nutrition Month® and this year’s theme is “Savor the Flavor of Eating Right,” highlighting the the importance of enjoying food traditions and appreciating the pleasures, great flavors, and social experiences that food can add to our lives.
Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook will be on site to demonstrate that a meal focused on balancing fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains can also be an opportunity to let our food flavors shine!
