Join us in the Cafés around campus as we celebrate Peachfest, August 17 – 21, 2015
The fruit that is synonymous with a warm summer day has a starring role across all our menus, featured in breakfast and lunch specials throughout the week. Come sample such dishes such as Multi-grain Waffles with Sautéed Peaches & Caramelized Pecans, Spinach Salad with Peaches and Peach Vinaigrette, Slow-Cooked Pork Tacos with Peach Salsa, Mustard-Peach Glazed Chicken, and many more!
Also be on the lookout for our Peachfest Pop-Up Cart, featuring peach trifles and whole peach pies to hit the sweet spot in our Peachfest Party!
