March Well Being | Balance Your Plate

Join us as we recognize National Nutrition Month® throughout the month of March, and focus on how to choose a balance of foods for a healthy lifestyle.

March is National Nutrition Month® and this year’s theme is “Bite Into a Healthy Lifestyle,” highlighting the importance of physical activity in addition to nutrition. By learning to seek out a diet balanced with lean protein, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains while incorporating regular exercise; we promote health, balance, and wellness.

Our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook will be on site to demonstrate that getting enough fruits, vegetables, and a variety of whole grains on your plate everyday can be fun!
