We will be featuring roasted beef tenderloin with chanterelle corn bread, barley with wine grape salad, and ember roasted sweet potatoes from his new cookbook, Coastal: 130 recipes from a California roadtrip. His new cookbook, Coastal, is a sun-soaked journey through seasonal recipes inspired by surfside snacks, vineyard lunches, and life at his beloved Half Moon Bay diner, Dad’s Luncheonette. Chef Scott has been been featured as one of Amazon’s Best Cookbooks of 2025 and appeared on the Drew Barrymore show to share his recipe for Hen of the Woods mushroom sandwich.
