snout to tail butchering demo

Join us in exploring the benefits of snout to tail cooking and eating!
Thursday February 12th, from 2:30pm – 4:00pm

In collaboration with our Farm to Fork partner, Sun Fed Ranch, we will have a butcher highlight the skill involved in creating various cuts of beef – from the traditional to the less familiar. The butchering demo will also feature how to decrease waste while adding more variety to your plate, and will include a ribeye steak for attendees to take home to cook themselves!

Chef Jenem Martin will host this demonstration in Building 42, and he has created a cooking video using the steak in a recipe that you can use as inspiration, and to get you excited for the butchering demonstration on February 12th.

The first 35 to register will be the lucky ones to attend!
