Cooking Demo | Sous-Vide Ice Cream with Chef Todd

Join Chef Todd Terwey for a cooking demo where he will teach us how to make sous-vide ice cream!
Sous-vide cooking is the process in which food is vacuum sealed and placed in a water bath while accurately regulating the temperature. Used by chefs for years, it has grown in popularity with the home cook. Vacuum sealers and immersion circulators have become more affordable and accessible to anyone that wants to take their culinary repertoire to the next level. Chef Todd will show us the versatility of this cooking process by making an old fashion dish using today’s science based technology.
