Come to the Building 4 cafe for our Regional Flavors of Barbecue celebration on Thursday, September 1st, at 11:30am
and learn more about the four great regional barbecue styles that started it all!
The most American of foods, barbecue is one of the few cuisines in the U.S. that generates intense excitement, controversy, competition, and festivity.
During our lunchtime BBQ celebration, we’ll have a different station in the cafe dedicated to each of the four regional styles of barbecue –
Texas, Carolina, Kansas City, and Memphis – along with information about each region’s style and flavor profiles.
Make sure to swing by the cafe during lunch and try some of one of our delicious regional barbecue items and decide for yourself which region rules!
