Cooking Demo – Featuring Vince’s Shellfish Company & Chef Gerald Pabalan

Join Chef Gerald Pabalan for a cooking demonstration as he hosts Vince’s Shellfish Company in the Building 4 Cafe!

Vince’s Shellfish Company will dazzle you as they showcase how to butcher and prepare corvina sea bass while you watch from your seats, enjoying this live demonstration by their seafood experts.

Following the butchering demo by Vince’s Shellfish, Chef Gerald Pabalan will lead a cooking demonstration, showing you how to utilize the sea bass as he creates a delicious and healthy dish for you to try. Samples of the dish will be provided as he cooks, and recipes with preparation instructions will be yours to take home!
