Eating a wide variety of vegetables is one of the best ways to ensure a healthful diet. However, many people are unsure of how to prepare wholesome vegetables at home so that they are tasty, or they consume a very limited variety of them.
Join our Genentech resident Registered Dietitian Lulu Cook as she discusses the benefits of consuming a wide range of vegetables while giving you an opportunity to learn more about several less-familiar vegetables.
