Springtime Strawberries with Chef Mark Rodriguez

Join Chef Mark Rodriguez for a cooking demonstration and hands-on cooking class featuring springtime strawberries!

You’ll have fun spending the afternoon learning how to use strawberries in two different recipes, the perfect addition to any gathering with friends and family!

Chef Mark will demonstrate how to create a fresh springtime salad featuring green strawberries and how they compliment seared scallops, and you’ll receive the recipe to take home and try yourself.  Then we’ll transition to a hands-on cooking class, where you will have the opportunity to learn how to create a classic favorite – chocolate-dipped strawberries!
