Chef Oscar will share some recipes perfect for a summer backyard barbecue. He will demonstrate how to easy it is to prepare garlic-molasses tri-tip, pan roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus and citrus salad with tahini-vinaigrette. Learn the tricks of the trade to impress your guest at your next family cookout.
